Sold a Single Family home in 2016 in Sun Valley, North Hollywood, CA.
We referred a friend to David after his sale started falling apart. David immediately got the process back on track and kept our friend updated continuously throughout the process. When the buyer’s lender started giving excuses rather than results, David was able to encourage the lender to get things done and guided the deal to closing. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly recommend.
